Welcome to PLYN Private Limited (“PLYN”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These **Terms of Service** (“Terms”) govern your use of our websites, mobile applications, services, and platforms (collectively, “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

These Terms apply to: Users who book appointments or services via PLYN (“Users”), Merchants or service providers offering appointments/services through PLYN (“Merchants”), and Delivery or operational partners supporting the Services (“Service Partners”).

You must be at least **18 years old**, or have the consent of a parent/legal guardian if using our Services. If you are a minor, a parent/guardian is responsible for all activity on your behalf. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Users, Merchants, and Service Partners must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. PLYN reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violation of these Terms.

You agree to use the Services only for **lawful purposes**. You shall not engage in prohibited activities, including: fraudulent bookings, impersonating others, or uploading harmful content. You agree to respect other users, Merchants, and Service Partners.

Merchants agree to provide **accurate information** about services, timings, pricing, and availability. Merchants shall comply with all local laws and are responsible for honoring bookings and maintaining quality standards.

Service Partners must provide accurate identity and operational information, follow safety protocols, and provide **timely, professional, and courteous service**. Service Partners consent to geolocation tracking during service provision.

Payments will be processed via PLYN-approved payment gateways. Users authorize PLYN to charge payments on their behalf. Refunds, cancellations, or disputes are governed by PLYN’s Refund and Cancellation Policy. PLYN is not responsible for payment failures due to third-party banking issues.

All content on PLYN, including software, logos, text, and designs, is owned by PLYN or used with permission. Users grant PLYN a non-exclusive license to display and use content uploaded to the platform (reviews, photos, etc.). Users must not copy, modify, distribute, or misuse PLYN content.

Use of Services requires the collection of personal and transactional data. PLYN processes data according to its **Privacy Policy** (link to your Privacy Policy). By using the Services, you consent to such data collection and usage. Sensitive data is encrypted and securely stored.

PLYN provides a platform to connect parties but does not provide guarantees regarding the quality or outcome of services booked. PLYN shall not be liable for direct or indirect losses, cancellations, or service failures by Merchants or Service Partners. Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

You agree to **indemnify** and hold PLYN, its affiliates, directors, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from: Your use of the Services; Breach of these Terms; or Violations of applicable laws or third-party rights.

PLYN may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for fraudulent activity. Users, Merchants, or Service Partners may terminate their account by contacting PLYN support. Certain obligations (e.g., payments, indemnification) survive account termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of **India**. Disputes shall first be resolved amicably through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

PLYN reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on the platform. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

PLYN may include links to third-party services; we are not responsible for their policies. If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and PLYN.
